Eliza's Cinnamon Muffin recipe

Ingredients and Instructions

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 ° Fahrenheit.
  • Grease muffin pan well.
  • Mix dry ingredients well. Set aside.
  • Cream butter and sugars.
  • Add rest of wet ingredients and mix well.
  • Add dry ingredients gradually. Mix well, scraping the sides of the bowl.
  • Pour batter into muffin pan, filling cups 2/3 full. You may have extra batter.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
