Eliza's Cinnamon Muffin recipe
Ingredients and Instructions
Wet Ingredients
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 stick butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup white sugar
Dry Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 ° Fahrenheit.
Grease muffin pan well.
Mix dry ingredients well. Set aside.
Cream butter and sugars.
Add rest of wet ingredients and mix well.
Add dry ingredients gradually. Mix well, scraping the sides of the bowl.
Pour batter into muffin pan, filling cups 2/3 full. You may have extra batter.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
